We want you to be pleased with your NEST New York purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. We will accept returns through January 5, 2024. Please contact cs@nestfragrancessupport.com to start the return process, and include your order number in your correspondence. Original shipping costs are not refunded by NEST New York. Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are not refunded by NEST New York.

Note, the item must be in like-new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like-new" means unopened, undamaged, unused, and salable. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival to report if any significant damage happened in transit. NEST New York reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like-new condition.
